For the last 25 years or so, my mornings have always started with a cup of coffee. Bob even made a point to steer clear of me until I had my first cup, claiming I was a bit more “snippy” without it… 🤷♀️
A month ago, I received some news that changed my routine. I found out I wasn’t absorbing nutrients properly, my essential mineral levels were low, and it traced back to a gut issue. 🙁 One of the recommendations was to cut back on coffee. I ignored that piece, quite sure I could not function without it.
Then on May 15th, Better Way Designs launched a Tea Challenge. I realized I didn’t know much about our teas and, being the nerd I am about ingredients, I decided to dive in and create a tea guide. I wanted to understand the health benefits of our different blends so I could talk about them more intelligently.
Initially, I made this guide for my tea customers, but I ended up surprising myself! As I researched, I discovered that many of our teas offer fantastic gut health benefits. Inspired, I decided to make the switch to tea a few days ago, and guess what? My gut is already happier!
