Starting on a new journey can often feel daunting, especially when it involves stepping out of your comfort zone. The fear of the unknown and the anxiety of trying something new can be overwhelming. However, sometimes God gives us  opportunities that are too significant to pass up, opportunities that call us towards a greater purpose. This was my experience when I first heard of Better Way Designs, a mission-driven organization that changed my perspective on work, purpose, and making a tangible difference in the world.

Embracing the Call to Action

Initially, the thought of selling products filled me with dread. The anxiety of stepping into the unknown, of engaging in something I had told myself I would never do again but then, something happened. I felt God’s nudge a call to action that was impossible to ignore. The mission of Better Way Designs wasn’t just about selling; it was about impacting lives, about ending the problem of human trafficking through dignified business practices.

The Mission That Moved Me

Better Way Designs  unique approach to ending human trafficking. By providing employment, healthcare, therapy, and education to survivors, each product sold contributes to a cycle of empowerment and recovery. This wasn’t just a business; it was a movement towards freedom and dignity for individuals who had endured unimaginable hardships. The realization that I could be a part of this transformative mission was both humbling and inspiring.

A Community of Purpose

Joining Better Way Designs, I found myself part of a community that prioritized people over profit. It was about more than just earning an income; it was about empowering others and, in the process, finding empowerment myself. The connections made, the purpose shared, and the collective commitment to making a difference created a sense of belonging and a profound sense of achievement.

Taking the Leap of Faith

I understand the hesitation of taking that first step towards what God is calling you to. The fear of failure, of not being up to the task, can be a scary barrier. But I’m here to tell you: jump in, do it! My journey with Better Way Designs has been about more than income; it’s been about finding a sense of purpose, building friendships, and contributing to a global movement for freedom and dignity.
