We’ve been married for 37+ years and we have had a lot of life happen in those years, some great, some good,  and some not so good. Amidst all that, marriage can get mundane. I’ve learned a lot about choosing and being intentional. The truth is it is an ongoing work in progress for me/us.

One of the exercises we chose to do recently is leaving notes in various places for each other. Sometimes just a word or two, sometimes more. It’s a bright spot that we look forward to.
