I I was afraid it would feel rigid and confining.

It has done exactly the opposite! Now I schedule family time, rest days, work times, and it works so much better. I don’t feel overwhelmed & I feel like I’m doing what’s important to me. Plus I am getting more accomplished in a shorter amount of time.
